Gladiator

$30.00

"Give them bread and circus." Keep them barely fed and entertained and the populace will not turn on the elitist overlords that are robbing and murdering them. This was the idea for the gladiator games. Abuse the people but let them gather to see an exhibition that is supposed to embody the greatness of Rome. The earliest games are believed to have been held in 264 BC. Thus these warriors, fighting to the death for spectacle and survival in front of elitist oligarchs and untouchable emperors, were the earliest members of Die Mean Inc. and we honor them with this shirt.
